Suggest Treatment For Vision Loss In The Right Eye

I had a stroke throw my face and Iam gowing blind on right eye with pains when I you what is left with my left eye the pain gows on and on I take tablets for the pai and I put a wet face cloth over my forhead to releave the pain. I am haveing it hard to read
