Suggest Treatment For Vitiligo And White Spots On The Fingers
Hello I just came back from Cuba and I noticed with my new sun tan white spots finger tip size and smaller began to appear on my upper back and arms. My brother has vitiligo but the shape is dirrfrent . I was also told recently by a doctor that a couple of red spots I had on my stomach was caused by candida. I m not sure what it is? Thanks for your help

Hi,
Vitiligo does not spread this much fast. Most probably it will be an inflammatory skin lesion.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
