Hi...Shrinivas

As you said you suffer from vitiligo from long time. You may understand my view about your disease..

Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune skin disease with genetic tendency. It may spread following minor injuries to the skin. It is not infectious disease. It is a benign condition without any harm. It is just cosmetic problem. If there is family history, it may take very long time for recovery or may be resistant to treatment. Still, one has to try different medicines to get good result.

You may take treatment as below but only under observation of dermatologist...
- tab trimethoxsalen 25 mg daily in morning
- tab levamisole 50 mg at night as immunomodulator
- trimethoxalen lotion application on parts below neck, trunk and extremities and to expose sun for 5 min
- tacrolimus oint 0.1% application on face areas

This is not prescription..so consult dermatologist personally.

Continue treatment for few months to few years or till satisfactory result.. Have patience for good result. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
