MY SISTER AGED 68 HAS BEEN OPERATED FOR GLIOMA IN BRAIN SHE UNDERWENT RADIATION WITH TEMOZOLAMIDE 100 MG ALONG WITH IT . NOW SHE HAS RECOVERED A LOT AND BEEN ADVISED TEMOZOLAMIDE 100 MG THRICE A DAY FOR 5 DAYS A MONTH. THIS IS CAUSING TOO MUCH VOMITTING . SO WHAT DO YOU ADVICE AND WHICH ANTI EMETIC DO YOU ADVICE

Ondansetron is a good alternative in such cases for the vomitng. It should be prescribed by the Doctor so, discuss with him for these issues.
