Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Diarrhea In A Child
Patient age of 3 years 9 months child request advice to take medicine Ciplox TZ in the Tablet form 250 mg or half of it for vomiting,loose motions and diarrhoea. He is suffering severely since 5 days and request to advice the required treatment and medicines. Request to reply on top most priority at your convenience please.

Hello,
It may be due to gastroenteritis.
For that you can give syp ondensetron.
He may require complete hemogram, stool analysis, Ultrasound abdomen after pediatrician consultation.
Keep him hydrated.
Give soft diet
