Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Diarrhea While On Pantocid

Hi my sister is feeling like vomiting and she is on antibiotics she had loose motion earlier and doctor has prescribed pantocid dsr before meals but she forgot to take em so can she take pantocid after d meali suspect has gas can she in this situation...?

Hi welcome to HCM....

This drug contain combination of pantoprazole plus domperidone ....

It can be taken before or after food. .
But before food is preferred ....
Pantoprazole will reduce acidity and domperidone will prevent vomiting ....

Meanwhile avoid gastric irritants like. ..
-excess tea
-non veg
-smoking
-excess spicy etc

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach.
Water and fruit juice taken more ....

If still symptom continue USG advisable
