Hello dear user!
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us!

It seems your baby is having a gastrointestinal infection (gastroenteritis). In most of the times this is a viral infection.
Have your baby, high temperature?
How is the diarrhea, what color is the stool, is there blood in it?
If yes I would recommend you to go to the hospital and take medication through the veins.

If he has just simple vomiting and diarrhea you may try to treat it at home:

- Don't quit breastfeeding under any circumstance. That is the best medicine you can give the baby.
- Use alimentary integrator or ORS to prevent dehydration and mineral salts lose.
- You may give the baby, lactic ferments to ease the digestion.
- You may continue to give Walamycin if any bacterial infection is responsible.
- Do not use drugs that stop the diarrhea or vomiting. They are not recommended in children.

I hope your baby will be fine soon.
I wish you a good health!
DR ERIOL.
