Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Hurting In Stomach

hi. so my 3 year old seemed okay when he came home from daycare. complained of his stomach hurting.. but went to the bathroom... didnt eat much dinner. fell asleep. when i tried to wake him he puked. and fell back asleep soon after. he doesnt havent a fever. its been 3 hours since he puked last. is this a stomach bug or something he ate today?

mostly it is related to something what he ate because he is not well for just 1 day
but worms can be present also.
so if he develops fever u can start syrup cefixime 100 mg twice a day for 3 days.
after 3 days u can test his stool for any parasites,ova or cysts.
