General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

There are many level hormone changes in pregnancy as of thyroid and others. Primary management with:
- Meditations
- YOGA
- Deep breathing exercises
- Salt restriction
- Avoidance of spices, non veg, junk items
- Anti histamine as ranitidine
- Anti emetic as domperidone or ondancetron in severe emesis

Further medication support as per choice of your OBGYN.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
