Suggest Treatment For Vomiting Dark Orange Bile

Hi! So I have been vomiting dark orange bile for about 5 hours and I can t keep anything down. I also have the chills. I will take a sip of water right after I vomit but then about 10 min after I throw up the sip of water. I m trying ice chips but I m afraid of it just coming right back up. What should I do

Welcome to health care magic,

This orange coloured bile could due to gall bladder issue or duodenitis but needs further evaluation to diagnose.

You should undergo complete hemogram,urine and stool tests,liver function tests and ultrasound abdomen.

You should see gastroenterologist who can examine you with relevant investigations and can prescribe you symptommatic treatment.

Meanwhile, you can take antiemetic and other supportive treatment.Here,I don't think that ice chips will work but to detect the exact cause should be our primary aim.
