Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Diarrhea And Severe Stomach Pain

I woke up Sunday morning with vomiting, diarrhea and severe upper stomach pain that was intermittent. Went to the ER thinking I was having a gall bladder attack, which I ve had in the past. Had an ultrasound and they didn t find any stones or anything that they kept me for. went home on nausea, pain, and antacid meds. I have not been able to eat anything but toast, rice and applesauce due to getting some stomach cramping after. Even after the above mentioned foods. I also have a dull pain when I press on my stomach in the area and feel like its distended. Could this have been food poisoning, gall bladder, or something else?
