Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Diarrhea, Sulfur Burps And Dysautonomia
I have dysautonomia and am having horrible trouble with digesting food. The day before Yesterday, I had horrible sulfer burps that led to an entire day of vomit and diarrhea. A day passed and I was sore but okay. Now I m having the sulfer burps again. I did what I thought was the best option and just tried to throw up everything I had on my stomach since the burps were starting back. I threw up three times and just couldn t go for another barf spell. What can I do to prevent this from happening? I try to take an antacid every day but sometimes forget. Help!
Get a urea breath test. Sometimes, microorganisms can lead to this condition. If it is positive then few drugs can be prescribed. Avoid taking antacids continuously to avoid side effects. Take curd if you taking antacids etc. Do yoga, eat fruits and salads for a few days. A few breathing exercises are better than antacids, learn them. Your last resort would be a gastroenterologist and imaging studies.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
