Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Fever And Spots In Vision
I just started running a fever a few hours ago ive been puking all day cant keep nothing down ive been having spots in my vision. I was wondering if i should go onto the hospital or wait till the morning and call my ob doctor?? Im 32 weeks pregnant i just dont know if this is a normal fever or not
As you are pregnant, you can't take all the medications as other people. For vomiting you can take tab. Ondansetron 4mg. It's a safe drug. But fever is to be evaluated. Most probably causes of your symptoms are as follows: 1) Food poisoning 2) Acute gastroenteritis 3) Colovesical fistula 4) Cholera 5) Diverticulitis 6) Food allergies 7) Viral gastroenteritis 8) Giardiasis 9) Meckel diverticulum 10) Microsporidiosis 11) Salmonellosis 12) Shigellosis
So, please consult a physician or your obstetrician doctor for clinical examination, necessary tests and appropriate treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
