Suggest Treatment For Vomiting For A 6-year-old Boy
My 6 yr old son started throwing up today at school at 2:30 and cannot keep ANYTHING down I ve been giving him water juice pedialite ensure and every time he takes a drink about 40 mins later it comes back up. Should I bring him into the ER for fluids?

It might be food poisoning or gastroenteritis. If the vomiting continues, he will end up in severe dehydration.
IV fluids has to be given to prevent dehydration. Consult a pediatrician at the earliest and get evaluated.
