General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is vomiting, headache, disorientation with high BP suggestive of cerebrovascular stroke raising intracranial pressure with or without hemorrhage. Many times, early stroke do not reveal positive on CT scan and MRI is the gold standard for the same. He requires admission and care at Intensive care unit with expert neurologist for supportive care of intravenous fluids, mannitol to lower the blood pressure and intracranial tension, antibiotics to prevent infection and systemic sepsis, control of electrolytes, sugar, blood pressure and cardiac function monitoring of oxygen saturation, creatinine and ABG readings

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
