General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a paediatric surgeon and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible congenital causes like duodenal atresia or pyloric stenosis. An ultrasound or CT scan is required to confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed surgical correction might be required.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
