OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vomiting in third trimester of pregnancy can be due to :
1. Viral hepatitis
2. Gastroenteritis
3. Acute fatty liver of pregnancy.
These need to be appropriately diagnosed and treated.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated as an inpatient, as severe vomiting will lead to dehydration and complications for the fetus.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
