What Treatment Is Suggested For Vomiting Sensation Due To Gastritis?

Hello Doctor,

I had visited my physician yesterday foe stomach gas. He had asked whether I have vomitting sensation. I replied no. Today I am having vomiting sensation.

He has prescribed nexpro rd 40,zenflox o2 yesterday.
Do I need to take anything extra for vomiting sensation?

* Vomiting sensation will be increased after zenflox oz , you have to add
Tab. Zofran (4) mg morning & evening to be taken with sips of water 1
hour prior to meals , this is the safest molecule you can take with your
prescribed medicines .
