Hi,
You seem to have GERD which means Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease where in the contents from your stomach regurges into your oesophagus causing it to burn or vomit.
It can happen if you have taken some medicines like Painkillers that too mostly on empty stomach other wise to they can cause it, along with Tea, Coffee, Oily Food, Spicy Food, Disturbed Sleep, Irregular Dietary Habits, Stress.
Would record that you Take a combination of Pantoprazole 40mg + Domperidone 30 mg 1-0-0 X10 days on empty stomach.
If symptoms persists beyond 15 days with treatment then I would recommend that you undergo OGDscopy to R/o Hiatus Hernia, Lax Lower end of oesophegeal sphincter, gastritis, h.pylorie infection.
I currently don't find it an emergency in getting out done is because you have a history of short duration.
