Suggest Treatment For Vomiting Tendency While Travelling

My wife(age 22, 5'2'') has severe vomiting tendency in any petrol/diesel vehicle (taxi, bus etc), she has tried several medicine including some homeopath but nothing worked. what may be the probable reason and remedy. is there any chance of hepatitis?

* This is in relation with central nervous system effect through the
atmospheric pollens irritating vomiting center & chemoreceptor
trigger zone in the medulla oblongata of the brain .
- This has nothing to do with hepatitis .

- Intake of anti emetic with PPI 1 hour prior to journey is the only
possible remedy , homeopath is not going to help at all .
- Along with this triple layered face mask is highly supportive .
