HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

Vomiting can happen due to problem in Stomach , Intestine , Liver , Pancreas , Infections or problem in head .

A normal Ultrasound will indicate that there is no problem in Intestine , Liver and Pancreas.
Absence of fever indicates there is no infection .

So the problem has to be in stomach or in brain . If you were my patient I would first got an Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy to see if there is any problems in the stomach . It could be Gastritis or gastric erosion or Ulcers .
If Endoscopy comes normal I would advise you a MRI brain to look into your Brain .

Any clarifications or Queries feel free to ask.
Happy to help you.
Regards.

HI
Well come to HCM
This could be psychological condition because if this would be some kind of disease then there could be some bad out come must have been seen up till now but nothing like that happened, in my opinion the symptom need to be treated with Tab Chlorpromazine 10 mg three times in day continue it till you get the symptomatic relief, hope this information helps.
