I have an extremely itchy vulva and no matter what cream I put on it makes it really hot and uncomfortable. I have been to the dr and they say it may be lichen sclerosis and gave me a steroid cream, but it does the same thing, is there anything else I could try, its making life pretty unbearable at the moment. Thank you.
As a first like management you can try steroid/salicylate combination for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
