Suggest Treatment For Vulvar Pain And Swelling
I have tenderness around my vulva area there are some tiny bumps. No pain during urination. No rough sex no activity at all. Happening about 5 days not getting any better. No swelling and can t see small bumps only feel them. Using A & D ointment to relieve pain.

This may indicate bartholini cyst or foliculitis which are both infection of subcutaneous glandsein this areaw. In most cases it resolves spontaneously and antibiotic is not required. Just keep good hygiene and avoid shaving in next few days.
