Suggest Treatment For Watery Eyes In A Child

Hi. My child s eyes are watering after just few minutes of watching TV. I don t let her watch for longer than 1 hour a day and not even in one go, so I don t think that her eyes get tired. She says she sees everything just fine. Should we visit ophthalmologist? Thank you.

Hi,

First of all the watery eye occur due to an eye strain. Your child should go to an ophthalmologist to check lens, cornea and ocular pressure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
