Hello,
You are taking Cintapro tablet as prescribed by your treating doctor and presently are suffering from
constipation, your bowel is not getting cleared. You are suggested to take adequate water, fluids, warm beverage and soups to aid bowel movement. Add high fiber food in your regular diet, do continue to do walking in the morning and evening. Stay active. To get relief from constipation you can take laxatives, Dulcolax or stool softening suppositories.
Cintapro tablet is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of
gastroesophageal reflux disease (
acid reflux) and
indigestion. If it is not suiting you, you can stop taking it. You can take PPIs,
Pantoprazole, one SOS when needed to get rid of gastritis and acid reflux. Stay away from addictions if any, avoid taking food that is hard to digest, like red meat. You can take lean meat instead.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
