Suggest Treatment For Watery Sinuses,neck Stiffness And Heaviness In Head
I, I ve been suffering from neck stiffness, a watery feeling in my sinuses and a all together heaviness in my head which is slightly alleviated when I put my head on a pillow. I ve been taking ibuprofen but it has not helped. Your advise is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
You may be suffering from acute sinusitis with sinus congestion. Until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Sinarest twice a day for five days.
Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
