Hi,

As per your query your child have symptoms of watery stool and frequent bowel movement which seems to be due to disturbance of electrolytic balance of body. Well, there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like food intolerance, food allergy, and parasitic infection.

I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist once for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like ornidazole, Albendazole, Omeprazole along with Loperamide. Take oral re-hydrating solution. Avoid giving child any spicy and sharp food substance.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
