General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your nephew seem to be related to a enterovirosis.

I suggest using probiotics daily.

I also suggest to give him electrolyte solution such as Pedialyte.

The symptoms will relieve in a few days.

If not you should return at the emergency room for rehydration.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
