You said that there is no side effects by doing handpractice . But as i am doing it from past 10 years regularly so i feel a loot weakness in my lower body like lower back, lower legs , sudden cramp in hands and legs . I am finding huge problems like less amount of sperm . drops of urine . black dots near eyes . And according to me the most biggest danger i feel i am going to face is sexual problems because now my hand practice does not last for even a minute . It ( sperm ) gets out very fast .. So please give a reasonable answer to the question of my life .. ?
