i m anjana jain. when i was suffering from typhoid. doctor use dexona injection. now i have increased 5 kg weight within two month. and feeling so many complication in my body. how to reduce this side effects. and now how to loose my weight. i was 51 kg but now i m 57, please help me

Dexona injection is steroid &is known to cause water retaintion &rise in weight.
Unless taken over a long period... the effect would fade away in few days.
