Weight gain advise is not so common as
weight loss one. The following are my recommendations for weight gain:
1) Take abundant carbohydrates in the form of rice or breads
2) You don't need to avoid fatty foods
3) Healthy weight gain must be your goal
4) Don't eat preserved and highly processed foods
5) You have to take more
proteins in the form of egg and meat
6) You can have as many fruits and fresh vegetables as you like
7) Daily exercise at least for 45 mins for 5 days a week
8) Avoid
stress. Stress is a factor that prevents you from gaining weight
9) Eat many times a day like 5-6 times
10) You can have ice creams and drink milk daily
Even with the above tips, if you don't gain weight, you may consult a dietician and follow the instructions.
