I would like to recommend you the following schedule.
1. eat three times with two snacks in between

5. Avoid trans fast
6. Do regular
aerobic exercise.
7. Do regular anaerobic excersize like weight gaining as eating will increase your fats not muscle mass
8. Do daily weight.
9. Avoid over the counter weigh gain supplements.
10. take juices, large starch containing carbohydrates.
