Hi, I am 25 Year Old Male, Height: 5 5 , With Weight Around 38Kg, But Still I look Very Thin, I Want To Gain Some Weight, To Get a Good Look & Physique, I Heard About Endura Mass, Will it Be Safe For Me To Take Endura Mass as a Supplement, Please Help Me With a Detailed Diet & Excercise Plan For Me, I Dont Want To Get Any Side Effect Due To Taking of any Supplement, But Offcourse I Want To Take it, if it Has No Side Effects. Thanks in Advance

Welcome at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Endura mass a weight gaining supplement if used judiciously doesn't cause side effects. It cause side effects in unjudicious use mainly decrease muscle mass, increase risk of depression, fatty liver as it contains hyperglycemic sugars and traces of steroids.
I would like to recommend you the following schedule.
1. eat three times with two snacks in between
2. don't drink water before meal as it decreases satiety. in other times drink at least 8-12 glasses of water.
3. Have sound sleep at least 8 hours daily
4. Eat proteinacious diets like dairy products, oils
5. Avoid trans fast
6. Do regular aerobic exercise.
7. Do regular anaerobic excersize like weight gaining as eating will increase your fats not muscle mass
8. Do daily weight.
9. Avoid over the counter weigh gain supplements.
10. take juices, large starch containing carbohydrates.
