Hi m shagufta, my problem is my weight, im not abel to gain weight, n my age is 26 n weight is 43,, n my brests r also small, i feel shy to go in frount of people they laugh at me, plz help. M geting marry in 2 monts, befor that i want to put on weight, m from navi mumbai

Hello thank you for writing us here.
You can gain weight by eating proper foods and vegetables. It would make you healthy and not obese.
Eat good amount of carbohydrates which are present in rice and roti. Eat multiple times a day at least 4 times and get adequate amount of sleep. Eating fatty meals would help especially foods containing omega fatty acids like fish. Also you can switch over to non veg diet which would keep you healthy and also have many other benefits like healthy muscle mass and better immune system.
