Suggest Treatment For Weight Loss

MY CURRENT WEIGHT IS JUST AROUND 100KGS. I AM 42 YEARS OLD FEMALE WITH 4 CHILDREN RANGING AGES FROM 23YRS, 14YRS, 12YRS AND RECENT ONE IS 1YR 6MONS.I HAD A C-SECTION IN 2013 FOR MY LAST BABY AND LOST WEIGHT TO 85KGS. NOW I HAVE GAINED SO MUCH WEIGHT AND WOULD LIKE TO LOSE WEIGHT.MY HEIGHT IS 1.54m. WEIGHT IS 98 - 100KGS. PLEASE HELP.THANKS LIZZIE

I can understand your concern.

At your height , your ideal weight should be around 55-60 Kgs.
SO you will need quite an effort.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day.

Stick to this routine for atleast 6 months.
