i am 27 year old female..my height is 162 cm and and my weight is increased suddenly by 7 kg within last 6 months.I have few reason behind that i went abroad change in food style and climate .lots of stress in my office too.my current weight is 69kg.pls give me better exercise plan.Eventhough I am following good diet plan already, but no change in my weight
You may need to further adjust your diet along with the exercise regimen.
If your current diet change is not helpful then it should be altered. It is possible to lose more weight with diet than with activity.
In terms of activity, you should try for at least 150 mins a week with a mixture of strength training and aerobic exercise. This combination would help best with weight loss. This would mean lifting weights and also aerobic (cycling, running, swimming, skipping, dancing etc).
I hope this helps
