Suggest Treatment For Wheezing, Shortness Of Breath And Back Pain
I am unsure when to seek emergency treatment for my asthma. I had an asthma attack approximately 5 hours ago; unable to speak, walk, lightheaded & spotted vision. My rescue inhaler was able to restore some respiratory function. However, I am still wheezing, shortness of breath just walking around the house, and back pain... Should I go to the ER?

You need immediate nebulisation at er, with saba and/or steroid.
If your cindition worsens systemic therapy may be needed.
