Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have some small white bumps on my gums in between my second and third front teeth on the top of my mouth. They are only on the gap in between the two teeth, and not on the gums above. They are non-painful, however, they bled when I tried flossing? What do you think it might be?
As per your complain small white bumps over the gums that bleed on flossing can be due to gum infection leading to Gingivitis..
They can also be hypertrophied sebaceous glands also known as Fordyce's spots..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get a clinical examination done.. In case if there is infection in gums, then Scaling followed by gum paint massage can help..
In case if they are Fordyce's spots then nothing is needed to be done as they are not due to any pathology.. In case if you still want to get them removed then laser can be used for the same..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
