Suggest Treatment For White Head Rashes On My Face And Chest Area Inspite Of Taking Antiobiotic For Eye Issue

I took a benadryl earlier bc my face and chest area have broken out in little rashy whiteheads. I think possibly it was a reaction to an antibiotic I took for an issue I was having w my eye. Not sure if that s what caused my skin problem but was the only thing I had done different. Now that I took the benadryl, in hopes it would help my skin, I am having terrible burning, pain, and twitching in my back between my shoulder blades! It is horrid and I dont understand why all these things are happening! Any ideas??? Please let me know if these could be side effects and we hat to do.
