Suggest Treatment For White Heads On Face

I have white heads on my face day before yesterday I pocked them out with my fingers and to get rid of bacteria I applied dettol on it. It started burning like hell that I couldn't resist Nd washed my face immediately but it burned my face harshly left black marks Nd it's peeling off now but m afraid od any permanent marks or scar
What should I do? recommend something for whiteheads as well coz m tired of them

Hi dear ,

The white heads are very common skin problem . Picking them with hand is not recommended as it can worsen the condition and spread the infection .

I would suggest you to :-

- Wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day .

Apply cream containing azelaic acid after washing the face . It is very safe and effective product .

- Exfoliate your skin with good exfoliant twice a week .

- Apply turmeric powder mix with honey for 15 minutes on face and wash with cold water daily .

- Also apply ice packs once daily .

If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper examination .

Doctor may prescribe antibiotic ( clindamycin) or steroid ointment .
