Melanocyl tablets are prescribed to treat vitiligo. The said medicine is prescribed depending on your condition. The medicine is prescribed for a certain period of time. You have to continue taking the medicine as prescribed by your treating doctor. If you stop the medicine on your own, the symptoms may come back and the patches may worsen.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Dermatologist. Get certain skin and blood tests done, get diagnosed so that treatment can be started. Skin problems take a long time to heal, have patience. Avoid taking food that causes allergy. Avoid wearing fabrics that may trigger any type of skin allergy.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
