Suggest Treatment For White Patches On The Groin

Hi Just realised that I had white patches on my groin. Its not itchy but it looks like a round white marks. I have been having lower back pain too. It feels like my lower back pain is burning. I have been having this for three weeks now. Thought it was pms. Just recently had my periods and then that s when I realised the white patches.

This may be fungal infection and you should apply canesten or nystatin cream to see Wil it work. Also,these may be psoriasis patches and if there is skin desquamation and itchyness you should apply mild steroid cream on it and see dermatologist.
