Suggest Treatment For White Patches On Tonsils And Red Throat

sir last week i got cold.my tonsils were swollen with white patches. i rushed to a doctor.right tonsil became normal. but left with white patches till now.throat is red. he said it is pharyngitis. and prescribed mega cv 625. its not working. i went to ent hospital hyd. they pricribed monocef 0 200 mg. and xyzal a . for a week. two days completed. this is alsonot working.

Myself Dr Karade ENT Specialist.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you complete the whole course of antibiotic , xyzal . I also advice you to use Antiseptic Mouth Wash , Steam Inhalation , Paracetemol & Vit C to get early relief.
