In mid July 2014 had unprotected sex for first time with new girlfriend (I am male), about a couple of weeks later I developed some issues with one eye. Doctor diagnosed me as having a cyst on the eyeball and prescribed a drop and gel for twice a day application. Since then my eyes have been redder than usual.

By mid-September I started noticing a white discharge from the penis in addition to frequent urination and the feeling in the penis like there is always something going on there. Went to doctor who took blood and urine sample and indicated that I had a urine infection. Just to be cautious he prescribed Bactiflox-500, Doxycycline and two Penicillin shots 24 hours apart. Discharge went away but the frequent urge to pee was still there.

Symptoms went away but I was still concerned so I went to another doctor and got tested for HIV, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, trichomoniasis culture; they all came back negative. Last HIV test was at 5 months after exposure.

In late October the discharge returned, went back to the doctor and I was again Bactiflox-500, Doxycycline and a Penicillin injection. After taking the antibiotics symptoms were still present. Then I started getting fever and blood in urine accompanied by a burning sensation when I pee. Went and had a urine analysis and culture done, discovered that I had E.coli. Got it treated, retested and it was gone. Even the penis discharge was gone but recurred within two weeks.

BTW, I have also been to a Urologist who said that although my prostate was slightly enlarged it was nothing to be concerned about. Prostate cancer runs in my family, if that helps.

I am at a loss as to what I should do next, I would appreciate any suggestions based on the info above information.
