Suggest Treatment For White Pigmentation And Itching In The Groin Area

Hi doctor..im a female.. im having white pigmentation and itching in my both groins and sometimes it have foul odor also...i have tried clotrimazole ointment and tablet several times..but there is no change..please giv me a permanent solution for this

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the fungal infection but it seems to be dermatitis and it could be steroid responsive and it may be associated with some bacterial infection, if I would be doctor of this case then I would suggest "Beclomethasone with Neomycin" apply this three times in day hope this information helps.
