Suggest Treatment For White Spots Appearing On The Legs And Arms

I have had white spots on my legs and arms for some time now and they have really started to bug me a lot because I dont feel comfortable wearing clothing that show my legs and arms. My legs are a lot worse than my arms and do the spots go high up on my thighs. I have noticed that if I rub them they will go away but then come back few seconds later. My legs and arms are also always extremely itchy. I hope I can get an answer
