Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....
As per your complain it seems that in case if you have a sensitive skin and topical applications of creams and ointments is not suitable for you, you should
consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis..
Although Carofit cream contains more of depigmenting agents like Kojic acid, arbutin and lactic acid, if it is suitable you can continue its application..
As topical treatment is not suitable you can be given oral medications like Antibiotics like
Clindamycin, retinoids like
Isotretinoin and
multivitamin supplements..
A patch test can be done for mild anti-acne medications like
benzoyl peroxide gel, clidamycin gels and those which does not cause reaction towards your skin can be advised to you..
You can also exfoliate your skin with a gentle scrub once a week..
Do cool compresses over face..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
