Suggest Treatment For Whitish Spots Under Foreskin

I have a whitish kind of circular spot 1cm dia under my foreskin.
I saw it 4-5 days back when I used to master a lot and a bit roughly.
Today I did it again, The centre of the spot has small part of skin which has come out and it looks like a reddish dot between the white spot. What is this and what should I do? Reply me on:- YYYY@YYYY
