Suggest Treatment For Widespread Psoriasis

my friend has(i believe so) a very severe case of psoriasis.It started in a small spaces on his skin but now it spread all over the body even on his face and the skin is flaking a lot and itching.What can we do about it? Is he in danger of a skin cancer?

Your friend have severe type of psoriasis.
First use natural Sunlight....so it can reduce symptoms. Antiinflamatory and antiproliferative drugs are helpful in psoriasis.

Methotrexate can use to suppress T cells so symptoms are less spread.
Systemic retinod can given for epithelium regeneration.

Use topical emoliant for skin hydration.
Do sun exposure.
Topical steroids are helpful in psoriasis.

If there is involved part more than consent dermatologist for further treatment as soon as possible.
