Suggest Treatment For Wrinkled Feeling In Surface Of Eye

I feel like the surface of my eye is wrinkled. Earlier today it felt dry... I put in eye drops (refresh) and they cleaned out the corners of my eyes. Now I have the feeling of it being wrinkled and irritated. Feels like there's something in there, too. Eye drops are not helping.. :-(

Wrinkle is in conjunctiva. In dry eye main problem will be in cornea. Vision will be effected. Irritation and pain in cornea. This short of development can be in xerosis or vita a defiance can occur. With refresh tear eye drop take livocetrizine tablet. and vita a cap sule can be taken Apply neosporine eye ointment at bed time. check tear secretion with strip test.
