Suggest Treatment For Wrinkles

Hi , I was curious as to whether any of the skin creams advertising to remove wrinkles work? There is one that shows a picture of a Grandma with wrinkles and jowls and turkey neck BEFORE and the AFTER picture her face is smooth etc ........I don t know if these are scams or what ?? Do you know ? Thank you

I don't think they are real. it is hard to remove wrinkles with creams alone. some use botulinum ijections.
